Their mission is to locate investment properties that meet stringent investment criteria, buying and operating them for value as agents for European investors.

Investment Management_

We apply analytical tools and criteria to distil properties with risk-return traits consistent with investors' profiles, setting projections and managing execution.

Property Services_

Our investment properties, keeping operating expenses at or below budget while optimizing revenues and making appropriate capital expenditures and maintenance.

Real Estate Brokerage_

The NAV Group carries out the purchases and sales of investment properties through NAV Real Estate LLC. The job is finished when we buy or dispose of a property.

Consulting_

We set up and take care of the legal entities required to invest, filing tax returns. Keeping such entities in good standing and liaising with third parties as necessary.
