Juan Pablo Anzola/Chief Financial Officer

Juan Pablo Anzola, became chief financial officer of Domus One Group on June, 2005. In this position, the executive is responsible for overseeing the financial management and planning function of the group and its real estate development activities. Anzola has been instrumental for the company’s financial planning, equity raising, bank and mezzanine financing. Before joining Domus One Group, he served as vice president on the BAC Florida Bank.

In March of 2001, the executive worked as vice president for ABN AMRO Bank in Miami, FL., where he oversaw activities of the financial institutions group in Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Peru and Ecuador. Prior his promotion as VP, Anzola served as the assistant president for the bank in Bogota, Colombia.  

He began his career with Citibank Colombia, where he spent four years in positions of increasing responsibility, including risk manager and relationship banker with both domestic and international clients. 

Anzola received his master of science in management from Boston University, Boston, MA., and an undergraduate degree from Wichita State University, Wichita, KS.
