Juan Pablo Anzola/Chief Financial Officer

Juan Pablo Anzola, became chief financial officer of Domus One Group in June, 2005. In this position, the executive is responsible for overseeing the financial management and planning function of the group and its real estate development activities. Anzola has been instrumental for the firm’s financial planning, equity raising, bank and mezzanine financing. Before joining Domus One Group, he served as Vice President and Manager of the International Division at BAC Florida Bank, in Miami, FL.

Between 2001 and 2003, the executive served as Vice President for ABN AMRO Bank in Miami, FL., where he oversaw activities of the Financial Institutions Group for Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Peru and Ecuador. Prior to this assignment, Anzola served as Assistant Vice President and Relationship Banker for ABN AMRO Bank in Bogota, Colombia.

Anzola began his professional career with Citibank in Bogota, Colombia, where he spent four years in positions of increasing responsibility within the Financial Institutions and Public Sector Division. 

Anzola received his Master of Science in Management from Boston University, in Boston, MA., and an undergraduate degree in Economics from The Wichita State University, in Wichita, KS.
