Alex J. Ness/President & Chief Executive Officer

Alejandro Jimenez-Ness is President and CEO of Domus One Group since its incorporation in 2002 in Florida. Within his responsibilities, he has been in charge of the development of residential and tourist projects in the United States and Latin America. At the moment, Domus One Group is developing Eloquence on the Bay, a residential condominium in North Bay Village, Miami, Florida.

Before establishing Domus One Group, the executive gathered experience in the financial and real estate industry in his home country Spain followed by Germany and the United States.

Bringing together all the knowledge he has collected over the years, Jimenez – Ness established in 2002 Sofos Capital, LLC in Florida, a firm dedicated to investment banking and asset management. With over 10 years of experience in both industries, he has also worked as a financial analyst for Sabadell Bank, in Florida, finding and creating new strategies and tools for investment banking. The executive started his career at W.B.B bank in Dusseldorf, Germany.  

Born in Barcelona, Spain, Jimenez – Ness obtained a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business from the American University, in Switzerland. He also attended the Wichita State University in Kansas, in the USA.  He is fluent in four languages: English, Spanish, French and Italian.
